convert RealAudio to WAV/MP3???

I want to convert some RealAudio files to WAV or MP3 format so I can burn them to a CD using iTunes. Anyone know of a program that will do this?

And...

While we're converting, how about Window's Media Player files to .mov or .mpg? (and Real content the same way).

I have lots of little .... movies I'd like to convert to VCD.....
