Is there anyway to convert normal
RGB LEDs to a controller/driver that has HomeKit functionality?

Depending on the type of bulb, iDevices makes a HomeKit socket that may work but you’ll most likely lose the color aspect of the bulb. It does a have a ring around the socket that changes color though. If it’s a light strip, any type of HomeKit enabled outlet will work but once again, you’ll lose the color changing function unless you don’t mind using the remote it most likely came with.

Was thinking that too but the OP made it sound like just a bulb without any integrated smarts at all.
