Convert SUP subtitles to other formats on MAC?

Hello I would like to know what program you suggest for converting SUP subtitle files to any other formats readable by jubler, which are SUB, ASS, SSA, XML, STL and if all else failed even plain text? i have a bunch of blu-ray subtitles that need to be made playable.
any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thank you
