Is this possible to have the apps of Iphone on the IPod Touch? And can someone please direct me to the next link? and what more does one get in terms of apps if it is convertible?

I'm not sure I'm understanding you: are you asking about apps in general, or apps that are written only for the iPhone, and not for the Touch? There are a lot that will work on both, but some require the hardware that only the iPhone has.
Just go into iTunes and go into the App Store and look around. There's plenty there for iPod Touch owners to take advantage of.
