iPod Convert VCD'S ?

I have a bunch of vcd's that I would like to convert to load into my Mac ITunes.
Can someone tell me what I need to do this please.

I didn't think Macthe ripper worked on VCD's.

Maybe not, however you can skip that portion and go directly to handbrake.

I have also had success with this method, however their tools are not universal binaries yet.
