Converting a html/css site to Wordpress

Anyone know of an easy converter for this job? I have about 10 sites I would like to do. It would take forever to do manually........thanks

The converter you want does not exist. Even if it did, with the innumerable possible configurations of an HTML/CSS site you'd spend more time correcting the output of such a converter than it would take to modify the CSS theme to fit a generic wordpress site.

10 sites of how many pages each?

If you can export to RSS then it's easy to import.

If few pages then just copy and paste.

You can buy and use frameworks but they suck so hard.
