Converting a Pages Document into a MS Word Document

Ok, I know how to "save as" so that I can convert a Pages document into a MS Word Document.

But now I have a situation where when I convert a Pages Document into the MS Word Format, I lose all the formatting in the document.

How do I get around this!

As long as they have something like Adobe Reader, yes.

If you want to send as a Word doc, then File>Export>Word.
