I received a file in the .VCE format.
It's basically a Text or Rich Text file, however The Powers That Be ordered that the file be sent as a VCE file. It seems the last time that VCE was mentioned here they were talking about AVI or MPG files. While there are conversion programs out there that convert VCE for Macs, this isn't an audio or video file or anything like that.
So I'm stopping here and hoping that somebody can send me some help.
