Converting Adobe Flash 10 song to iTunes mp3?

Hey guys quick question, i was wondering if there is any app or any work around by which you can get the mp3 file of an Adobe Flash Player 10 audio file? My room mate and I found a website with awesome Power Hour mixes but would rather just have them in my iTunes rather than pulling up the website every time we want to listen to one.

Side note we also found a power hour app that gave me an Applescript Error -30720 every time i tried to use it, does that just mean it's not compatible with SL or iTunes 10?

Play it with Flash and record the audio while it plays. Software like "auio hi jack" (sp?) can do that without need for some kludge like a cable from line out to line in.
