converting an .iso into a disc icon

Sorry if this doesn't belong in the right section here on macforums. I downloaded a large piece of software in a .iso format, when I double click it it turns into a ejectable drive with the software, if i mount the .iso it turns into two separate disc icons which I think isn't correct.

I have toast titanium 10 and I'm wondering can i just drop the ejectable drive into toast 10 and burn into on a DVD DL and it will act as a CD or do I have to do something else? The last time I did this I burned the two separate CD images onto to separate discs and didn't work when trying to boot up.

If you're going to burn the ISO, you should unmount it and then actually load the ISO file into Toast instead of the mounted disk image.

Thanks a lot, i could have googled it but I wasn't sure if this path to take would allow me to boot it up from the beginning. Thanks!
