iOS Converting ASCII such as &#2306 to UTF

Hi there
I am looking to convert ASCII(not sure if i should be calling them so) to UTF.
I need to download xml content and show the results on a UILabel, but i have no luck so far trying to covert ASCII string such as ं to their respective UTF characters, how can i do this?
