How can I convert a DVD to DigiBeta or BetaSP. Can anyone suggest me a place, a website, or a price range. The clip on DVD is only 10 minutes long.

Since you want to go DVD-->Beta rather than the more common Beta-->DVD references to that are pretty slim. You can find a few references scattered in the search results found by using "DVD to beta" in Google, but even that returns far more results for Beta-->DVD! It does bring up a couple of things, so would be worth the time to take a look.

If you want to convert from DVD to analog video into the DigiBeta or BetaSP, then maybe something like the DAC 100 would be useful.
