Converting editor markup between Pages and MS Word?

If you open a Word doc in Pages on iOS, and you 1) add comments (as in comments that show in the document margins, not inline); 2) add editing suggestions (as in tracking but not applying changes); and 3) export back to MS Word, can someone who then opens the document in Word on their PC view the comments and accept/reject the suggested changes as they would if the edits were made using Word?
