I want to download flash video files from websites and then post them up on my website in mobile friendly format . (3GP)

A google search reveals a lot of flash>3gp converters, most of them for windows. All I've viewed are shareware/freeware apps built for 'noobs' if you know what I mean. (I would want something a bit more professional and also mac-like)

This brings me onto professional video editors such as final cut.
Do any of these support video conversion between flash flv files and 3gp?

If not, is there any plugin for one of these higher-end editors to convert video?

I think ffmpeg can do it. Also if you use perian to view the flv in QuickTime Pro you can export it into any format, including 3GP.

Thanks :)
