Converting Games to Mac

Is there any way of converting PC games not available for mac (e.g. Vice City) into mac games.

No.

It's that simple.

Unless you are an amazingly tallented programmer with semi-infinite time and access to the source code!

Virtual PC (the only real contender) does not do 3D so any modern game will not run, and even if it did it would be amazingly slow.
