I have a .MOV animation and would like to convert it to a .GIF animation. What software (ideally freeware or shareware) does this, as I've looked and can't find anything.

Thanks!

Graphic Converter (shareware) can export all the frames of your mov as gifs, then you can animate them with GIFfun or however else you'd usually go about it.

I just realised I had the full version of Image Ready on my laptop :D Never noticed it before (use Photoshop all the time...)

Is it possible to create "fades" between each frame in IR? If so, how?

Thanks for the help :)

Edit:

When I import my .MOV into ImageReady, it seems to lose the fade-between-frames, which lasts less than half a second...

You can use tweens ( Picture 1.jpg) to make effects between frames... :)

Thanks for the help everyone - got my animation sorted :)

I actually decided to start from scratch in ImageReady rather than try and get the MOV altered, as doing that was producing the wrong result.
