Converting movie with WMA Pro for AppleTV?

Hi guys, I have used Visualhub exclusively for my encoding conversion but it seems I've run into a format that it doesn't like. Any movies I have with Windows Media Audio pro seems to have no audio. I've also tried using iSkysoft's converter but the result is the same.

Can someone tell me if WMA Pro can be done on OSX? There's a fair bit of files in this format and it's completely useless if I cannot also transfer the audio.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
