Converting Movies to WMV+WMA

Hey All,

Im looking for a way (not including Flip4Mac) to export avi and mpg (and basically any movie file) to a WMV+WMA file. I need this so i am able to stream movies to my xbox 360 via the new connect360. Please if anyone has an idea let me know.
