I have some mp4 files that i have downloaded from youtube, and I want to pull the audio off of the files and play the audio in an mp3 format. Does anyone know of a free programs that can do this? The ultimate destination for the audio file is iTunes so I don't believe it necessarily needs to be in an mp3 format, i just know that the mp3 will work. Also, i would prefer the program to be as user friendly as possible, as I am not very computer literate.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I am sure that this is not a new question, but i tried searching the forums and could not find a thread that directly answered this question. If you know where the thread is that already addresses this issue would you please post a link.
