Converting PP to Word/text, & screenshot(via evernote) to text/word

Is there an app out there that will let me convert powerpoints to a text? Also just like screenshots that i take with evernote......the reason i need 2 do this is so i can speed read with "ireadfast" which is a speed reading app which u must copy and paste text into. thanks.

In PowerPoint, go to the File menu, then Send to, then Microsoft Word. When you do that, Word will launch, and you'll get a Word document with all of the text from your slides.
