Converting RealVideo files

Does anyone know of a free app that converts RealVideo files to H.264 or other Quicktime-compatible format?

Its not possible unless theres something I don't know about, and I try to stay up on stuff like this. When I used to use windows it was pretty close to impossible back then too.

There is one workaround, but its pretty complicated, and you need a Camcorder.

Never used either but...

I think both work if you can jump through the hoops to get them installed.
