Converting rm and rmvb to Another video format

Does anyone know of a program that is made for converting or has a converting/exporting feature that is compatable with rm and rmvb and can export them out to another video format such as .avi, .mpg, .mp4, etc.

I know there are some for windows, but i have never seen one for Macs ever.
