Not really. I assume you're talking about Mac screen savers. They are generated in real-time, AFAIK, and therefore it isn't a simple matter of reencoding them.

It'd be like converting a video game to a movie file. Yes, it can be done-- You just record the output of the video game (or screen saver, in this case). But it won't be as good as the original.

This isn't one that came with the operating system, it's one from motocolors.net.....very cool site where you can click and drag these shapes around, and then it can render a screensaver, which plays EXACTLY how you drew them.
