Converting To CAF

Im am trying to change my lock and unlock sounds but I have to change .aif to .caf....

I have made the sounds to .aif and when I add .caf to the name it wont change. Does anybody know whats wrong?

Im on Windows.

anyone?

two years later.. having the same issue. renaming the .aif to .caf does nothing. file icon still shows "aiff". any ideas?
