Converting Using Quicktime 6

Heres a problem that has been bothering me with Quicktime 6

I want to convert some muxed mpeg-1's into mpeg-4's using Quicktime 6.

But, when I try to do this, it only makes a .mp4 with video only.

I have tried a program called bbDEMUX to change it into two parts then convert it, but cannot figure out how to get it into mpeg-4

If anyone knows how to convert muxed mpeg-1's, please lend a hand
