Converting VHS to DVD w/ a Flip Camera (flip camcorder)

Hello,
The BIG question is:
Can I use a Flip Camera (camcorder) to convert my old VHS tapes to DVD?
I know it would be a LONG process.
If it can work, the question is...
1) How can i plug in the Flip Camera into the VHS (machine)?
2) If I can't plug it in, What [extra accessory] could I to plug it in with? (if it's possible).
3) If this is all possible, would I be able to edit the movie in the application:
iMovie?

I would think that the user guide/manual for you Flip would tell you.
