Converting video to a Creative Zen device?

Hi there,

My girlfriend has bought herself a Creative Zen mp3/video player, but her computer is *really* slow at converting video, so I was wondering if there is any program available for Mac OS X? I've tried converting with VisualHub & QuickTime but the files won't play in the Zen.

Any suggestions?
