Converting Video_TS folder to a disk image

Ok so i took a dvd of a sports game my friend shot. I used mac the ripper to rip it to my computer. I got the video_ts folder. I want to convert it to a disk image.

How do i do that?

What program will let me do that? (free i hope)

i think you could do that with roxio toast, that should burn it to disc
