Converting .wav files to midi

I've downloaded some ring tones for my phone (not iPhone) and they are .wav file type. My phone only accepts ringtones in midi file format.

Any recommended software out there for performing this conversion? Open source or free software will be even better, being that I'll be doing this just this one time.
