Converting .WMV to Quicktime

I have the HD version of the Metal Gear Solid Trailer for PS3...but it is in .wmv. I want to burn it with iDVD so I can watch it on my HDTV. I can put it into iDVD but when I try to burn it and it gets to the end of the Video encoding, I get an error that says "Uknown error" So I think if I convert it to quicktime, it might burn. I Tried FFMpegX, but it won't convert it. Anyone know how to do this?

You probably need to buy the full version of flip4mac to do that...if you already have that, then I don't know...

I convert stuff all the time from wmv using Flip4Mac Import(not Flip4Mac).
