Converting XML from Final Cut Pro 7 to Final Cut Pro X and visa versa

Gentlemen,

I have found two programs (xto7 and 7tox) in the app store that do this. The only problem is that these programs require the project to be open and online. I am looking for something that I can point at a bunch of projects or a project offline and do this.

No they dont. If you wish to transfer a project from 7 to X. Open FCP-X go to import then File. Now dont go to FCP7 open the file and put the file into the 7 to X software and it will bring it on into FCP-X.
