Cool app idea: Windows start releasing smoke when not responding...

I got this neat idea, When a window stops responding, it starts releasing smoke from the top, making it look like the app is not working.

Also, the smoke starts to spread. For example, if i'm on space 2, and an app in space 1 doesn't respond, the smoke will slowly spread into all the spaces.

I think this sounds pretty neat, now if only i knew how to program....
