Turns out that office for mac's icons are very similar to the Hebrew letters at the beginning of the equivalent word.
 
I'm not a Hebrew scholar, and thus don't know what the translations are, but there are some similarities.

The Excel icon looks a bit like Aleph.

The PowerPoint icon looks like Qoph.

The Word icon looks a bit like Shin.

I don't see anything that looks much like the Entourage icon.

Does anyone know what the names of the programs are in Hebrew?
