Coolbook Advice.

Hey,

I want my Macbook to run cooler when off the power cord. The fans tend to be quite noisy and this can be annoying when in quite environments. I am total Coolbook novice and I don't want to affect performance at all. I just want the fans to run less and the machine to run cooler. Can anyone post some really novice setups so I don't ruin my machine by accident. :p
