Coolbooter unthether

I've installed coolbooter on iphone 4.
I got the secondary OS running, but i want to make it unthether.
I found this website: http://ih8ra1n.co.nf/CoolTether.html
I've also found this tweet: https://twitter.com/iHateRa1n/status/911989807466926082
There's no repo that has it, and I can only downoad ZIP file.
How should I install it?

You could try CyDown, which is short for Cydia Download Manager - I think.
