I just got my 12" PB G4 in January. A good portion of the time my fans are on, especially when I'm burning DVDs like I am now. So I've decided to look into getting a cooling pad for the sucker. Any suggestions out there for good ones? I'm not looking to spend a ton, but I also don't want the heat to spell doom for my relatively new toy.

Thanks!

I think that yo'll be fine as you are, ive been using my 12in powerbook for a year now with no problems at all. They are built to withstand the amount of heat that they produce. My advice would be to enjoy the powerbook and not be bothered by its heat. If this is impossible, im sure someone else here will be able to tell you of great cooling pad. Personally though, I deem them to be unnecessary.

Just be glad you don't have a macbook pro, now those things are HOT:eek:
