I'm looking for any recommendations on a cooling pad for my Core Duo MacBook Pro. Noise or bulkiness aren't really factors so long as it's effective. Anyone have ones that have worked well for them?
Really at wits end on this. I have smcFanControl set to 6000rpm for both fans. The MBP is elevated with a Griffin Elevator. I've opened it up to make sure it isn't just dust, both fans are definitely working, and I removed all the excess kapton tape inside just to be safe. Nothing is working and the thing overheats and locks up even if I have nothing running.
