Cooling paste for MBA

What cooling paste would you recommend for my macbook air 2014, just any old paste will do ? or is there one that is the best or better than the standard white stuff, or does it not even matter at all ?

Same as for other laptop grizzly kryonaut, just don’t put too much, neither too little and you are good to go
