Copilot Live ActiveTraffic "unable to calculate a better route"?

Has anyone else used copilot activetraffic thus far.. its pretty awesome, however, even with moderate traffic, if you click on the activetraffic detour button on the map, every time i do so, no matter what my route.. it always says it cant find a better route.. which i find hard to believe..

Perhaps its a bug they are working out...

Just curious if its just me, or if this detour (traffic map) button is just not working.
