CoPilot UK causing music playback problems

I have purchased CoPilot UK for my iPhone 3G two days ago. I am completely happy with the guidance it provides. However there is one thing that's really annoying me. Before starting the application, I put a playlist on shuffle mode. Then start the CoPilot application. When the application starts, the shuffle mode turns itself off and my music starts playing sequentially. When I quit coPilot to go back and check the music application, I can see the shuffle mode is turned off. I have searched the internet and here but couldn't really find anything. Has anyone else ever heard this happening before?? What can I do to fix this??
