iPad "Copy/Define'Share" Doesn't Work

Does anyone else's "Copy/Define/Share" pop-up sometimes just not work? I'll be in Safari, trying to copy a word (or define it), and I'll long-press on the word. Then, the pop-up menu pops up for "Copy/Define/Share" but when I press the buttons, nothing happens.

I've rebooted, updated to 9.2 and nothing changed.

WOW.. Just noticed that. Its funny because it wont work for me in Safari but worked in Excel

Seems to be happening on the 6+ too
