Copy DVD to DVD

To perform the "Copy DVD to DVD" I can only find instructions for Mac OS X 10.2 through 10.2.8, attached. For 10.8.5 all at a cost. Is there any available for free ?
The instructions for 10.2 did work on 10.8.5 through >Utilities > Disc Utilities. Long way around.

SimplyBurns has a copy disc feature as does Burn both free software. I have used both not for that idea though they work well.

System Preferences Privacy & Security allow applications from all sources or hold down I think it is the command key when you click on the App to launch it to have it excepted from that App Store check.
 
Good good. Sorry couldn't help you with that weird display error, but glad you found a workaround..
