Copy from disc frozen

Alright so I was trying to copy some stuff from a disc. It was working then it said there was an error. Then the copy thing froze. I cannot eject the disc because it says the finder is busy. How can I stop it?

Apple Menu> Force Quit> Finder. It will relaunch the Finder. Hope this helps!
