Copy Leopard install cd

I usually misplace and ruin all my cd's, so I would like to make a backup copy of my leopard install cd. I found out that it is a dual-layer cd, which is a problem, since I only have single layer dvds.

My question: how can I split the dual-layer image so that I can burn it on two single layer dvds?

Your best bet is to just go buy some DL DVD's.

You would be better off just purchasing a DL DVD+/-R or purchasing Toast which will allow you to do exactly what you want.
