Copy Mail archives to SD Card JetDrive

Hey

I have a Macbook Air, Early 2014. I have 120GB SSD, and I have connected 256GB JetDrive, manufactured by Transcend. Also I have managed to launch Time Machine on both SSD and SD Card. But how can I manage to copy email archives to this SD card? There is 60GB of mail archives and my SSD is running low on free space.
