iPod touch Copy notes from 2nd gen iPod touch to iPad3

Hello everybody. I am all new in the blog.
I have a 2nd generation iPod touch since a long time. I bought an iPad3 last week and I would like to copy all my notes from my iPod touch in it.
Any ideas how to do it? I have iCloud but it doesn't work with my iPod touch.

There's a check box to "Sync Notes" so you don't have to do any unnecessary work.

This was posted in an old thread concerning your question but using an iPhone and and an iPad.

You mean in iTunes, when you sync your iPad with the computer.
