Hi. I used Carbon copy cloner to create a copy of one disk(A) to another (B). They are both external disks. Disk A is a master boot record and disk B is a guid partition table, im not sure if this is important. They should be identical but disk B now has about 700mb more data. When i check the individual folders they are identical sometimes and sometimes not. Does anyone know why, and can i trust this copy?
