I would like to copy only kids shows to an Sd card to Play in my vehicle. I have about 3300 movies in my iTunes folder, 90% of them are blu-ray or DVD rips. is there a way to search in Finder for just a specific genre, and then copy and paste to an SD card. Thanks.

There is a genres search in the itunes sidebar by default. So you can select genres which will display a list, pick a genre and it will display a list of videos. You can copy and paste from there.

But the videos need to be tagged with useful genre data in the first place. Often RIPs don't bring in useful genre reliably and you need to add or modify it manually (from the get info screen for the video).

Thank you, I’m very meticulous on my iTunes tagging. I didn’t realize I could copy and paste right from iTunes onto an SD card
