Copying App Folders / Apps Between iPhones

I can't figure this out. I have a 3GS with iPhone 4 and App Folders. How do I copy (or sync) all of my old folders and apps to my new iPhone 4?

The only thing I can figure out after syncing the new iPhone is to click all the apps I want on the new phone, but I still have to create all the folders over again from scratch.

You don't technically copy info from one phone to another. You sync with the home computer and load up what you want on each device. Yes, you need to configure each device (e.g. folder organization) on each phone individually.
