Copying assistant

So I sometimes want to copy files from my Mac to my NAS (smb). But often the error "file is in use" occurs when I use Finder to copy. With command line it succeeds. Any advice for some "copying assistant" which would have an UI instead of command line and also it would be good if it checks the files after copying so that there hasn't been any errors in copying.
